KosherDroid 15-Day Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available within 15 days of the order date. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging with all included accessories and documentation

• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
  
  

2. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A $6.25 restocking fee may apply to returned items.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@kosherdroid.com to request a replacement or refund.
